Water and exercise are one of the most important aspects of a healthy life. Water is the way to replenish fluids lost during exercise. Sports drinks are mainly made to replenish lost electrolytes and provide added carbohydrates to fuel up athletes after prolonged vigorous practice.

It is very essential to spend at least thirty minutes before you go out for your daily routine; it is must to drink plenty of water. Throughout your exercise, try to drink a half to one cup of water every 10 to 15 minutes.

To maintain your body and to attain a blissful life you need to follow certain measures. It is better to replenish your fluids by slowly drinking water over the next several hours. In order to adequately rehydrate, one should consume two to three cups of water for every pound lost during exercise.
