Lose Water Weight over Night!

Seventy percent of our body is composed of water, that means around ¾ of our body weight is of course coming from water. Sometimes our body retains excess water in our system that adds onto our usual weight and makes us look bigger than usual. At times, it might even be harder for us to fit into our tight fit cloths. Before getting annoyed of this situation and dehydrating yourself to lose the excess water weight, you should understand why our body retains this extra fluid.

Reasons why body retains water

1)      Not getting enough liquids into our body

2)      If your body becomes dehydrated then it tends to retain the fluid that’s already there

3)      If you add too much salt in your diet then it might also cause your body to hold onto body fluid

4)      lack of physical activities

Now how could we lose this excess weight?

1)      Decrease the amount of salt that you consume

2)      Avoid processed foods since it contains the most amount of salt with high level of sodium

3)      Increase your water intake

4)      Foods that are high in protein, and potassium would help you reduce the water retention

5)      You could take natural herbs such as dandelion root or green tea!

6)      Exercise and stay active

If your water retention become a serious issue then you should consult your doctor, because it may be a symptom of other possible diseases.
