Water to Cure

Did you know that seventy percent of our planet’s surface is filled with water of which 98% is not drinkable salty water? Only 2% of it is drinkable, of which most part is in the frozen glaciers of our north and south poles. Water can be used to improve one’s health, or cure certain diseases. Even the human body is largely composed of water! For example, 60% of human body in adult males contains water and in adult females this amounts up to 55%. This is just enough to show you how important the water is for human existence.

According to the experts, one should take sufficient amount of water everyday in order to stay healthy. For example, if you take one’s weight in pounds and divide that by two, whatever the number you get; you should drink that many ounces of water every day. Let’s say one weighs 150 pounds, then he/she should drink about 75 ounces of water everyday.

Water for cure:

While you drink water, you could sprinkle ¼ tea spoon of salt per 8 ounces water on your tongue to cure severe problems like detox reaction.

Along with oxygen and salt, water is one of the critical elements for strong immune system.

Scientific studies show that, UCD (Unintentional Chronic Dehydration) that produces most of degenerative diseases could be stopped and healed just by increasing the amount of water intake.

Arthritis:

This happens due to water shortage. It is known as rheumatoid joint pain. It affects young people and as well as old. This can be cured by taking enough water and salt instead of pain killers.

The following are few of the health problems that can be cured or prevented by drinking sufficient water:

  • Migraines
  • Colitis
  • Asthma
  • High blood pressure
  • Lowers blood pressure
  • Diabetes

Water is always a magic element that exists on this earth to aid human survival! It depends on us as to how well we use it!
