In addition, if you are feeling hungry, take a glass of water 15 minutes prior to eating. This would help you to subside hunger, thus help you to better manage the amount of food you eat.
Also if exercising is part of your weight loss program then you should take more water to compensate the amount of water that you lose during exercising.
